How Credits Work

Membership credits can be applied toward a wide range of wellness and recovery services, including:

Five credits:

90-minute Oxygen Chamber

Four credits:

60-minute Oxygen Chamber or IV therapies such as Alleviate, B-Lean, Brainstorm, Get Up & Go, Immunity, Inner Beauty, Quench, or Recovery & Performance

Three credits:

40-minute Red Light Bed

Two credits:

20-minute Red Light Bed, 60-minute Infrared Sauna, 60-minute Lymphatic Compression (legs only), or NAD+ (50 mg)

One credits:

15-minute Cold Plunge, 30-minute Infrared Sauna, 30-minute Lymphatic Compression (legs only), Vitamin D Shot, B12 Shot, or Glutathione Shot
